PAYMENT
Your payment details are safe and secure. At this stage James Fletcher Art only accepts payment via PayPal to ensure both our own, and your piece of mind regarding online security of your information. This means we cannot accept COD, Direct Deposit or other electronic transactions at this time.
Full payment, including postage & handling costs, must be cleared before any items are dispatched.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
James Fletcher Art will seek, in good faith to deliver your order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. All orders, at this time, are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
Any person at the delivery address who receives the delivery will be presumed by James Fletcher Art to be authorized to receive the items. Once the delivery has been made, you will own the items and it is your sole responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
RETURNS & REFUND
James Fletcher Art is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can choose a refund of exchange if an item has a major problem. Such as the item:
- Has a flaw or issue that would have stopped someone from purchasing the item they had known about it.
- Is unsafe or poses a genuine health risk.
- Is significantly different from the online visual and/or textual description.
- Does not include or complies with details relating to the items “Edition” status.
Please be aware that any and all refunds or exchanges will only be granted once the problematic item has been returned and verified by James Fletcher Art. Any charges relating to the return of the problematic item, including packaging, postage and tracking is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

As a valued customer you may receive occasional email communications from James Fletcher Art that relate directly to the products we provide you. You will always have the option to opt-out of all non-essential email communications from us should you wish.
